Shipping Rates & Methods

Standard shipping rates are determined using your zip code and the weight of your order. Faster shipping is available upon request. All "wrapper only" orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail from central California after payment is received. Pre-wrapped product is sent by either UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise requested

We strongly recommend shipping wrappers only during the summer months or in warm climates. If we are shipping candy bars during the summer months (May - October) it is highly recommended that you choose next day or 2 day shipping and add $7.00 to shipping for an insulated container. While we will make every effort to prevent your candy from melting, RosiePosie is not responsible for bars that melt due to being shipped in heat. Please make sure that your order is shipped to a location where they will be received by someone and not left outside in the heat. They will melt!!!

We can ship all pre-wrapped, non-chocolate items year round.

Please allow plenty of time to receive your order. We cannot guarantee a delivery time unless shipped overnight or 2nd day. If you are short on time, you will need to upgrade your shipping in order to guarantee an on time delivery. We do not offer refunds for orders that don't arrive in time for your event unless shipped overnight, 2nd day or take longer than 7 business days (14 business days if shipped to Canada)

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your order, contact us right away, by using our "Contact Us" form. We will replace or refund any orders with misprints which were not included in the final approved proof at no charge. Orders with errors which were part of the final approved proof will be replaced at a discount plus shipping. Please check your proof carefully to avoid errors.

Returns & Cancellations

There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to payment being received. After payment has been received there is a 25% percent processing fee charged for cancelled orders that have not shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Pre-wrapped candy is non-returnable and non-refundable
